Each job order of an incineration plant delivery undergoes a demanding procedure in terms of time and objective and it is designed on a completely individual basis. At preplanning stage, the company offers joint work to define the conditions of the project design development and assessment of the investment plan economic efficiency.
The very basis of selecting a type of incinerator, its capacity and the process design in view of environment protection, economy of operation and specification of the wastes types and quantities
Separate groups of issues to be approached by the project individually are as follows:
- Transport routes of the wastes, waste management, preparation of wastes for charging and charging methods;
- Methods of heat extraction and its efficient use;
- Methods of flue gas cleaning with a view of compliance with the standards of general force and other special requirements presented by the investor or other parties to the building permit proceedings+
- Measurement and control system within a minimum scope defined by the regulations in effect or above-standard installations providing more comforts if requested by the investor;
- Incinerator waste management.
The execution of the project is in compliance with the investor's possibilities, either in smaller deliveries or a comprehensive delivery of the process and civil part, so called turnkey delivery.
